General information
TOC Europe 2026 will take place in person at the Hamburg Messe und Congress in Hamburg, Germany on 19-21 May 2026.

Park Café Planten un Blomen is located within walking distance of Hamburg Messe. Here’s how you can get there:
Walking:
Exit Hamburg Messe at Messeplatz 1 and head towards the park entrance on Marseiller Straße.
Follow the signs for Planten un Blomen; the café is located within the park.
The walk takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
By Public Transport:
Take the U-Bahn from "Messehallen" station to "Stephansplatz" station (U1 line).
From Stephansplatz, it’s a short walk to the venue
Registration
You can register to attend TOC Europe for free and get access to:
- Exhibition hall
- TECH TOC theatre
- TOC app non-premium level
You can also upgrade to an Executive Visitor Pass and enjoy our networking opportunities including a networking reception at Park Café Planten un Blumen, opportunity to attend the HHLA port tour, amongst other benefits.
You can upgrade to an Executive Visitor pass for €615 + VAT and gain the full event experience. You will have access to:
- Full conference access
- Evening networking reception

- Daily lunch
- Daily coffee breaks
- Premium app access
- Post event access to speaker presentations
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email with your badge to the email address provided. Please bring this badge with you on your phone when you arrive to the venue to print your badge.
If you have not receive this, please go to the registration help desk where our staff will be able to help you.
You can register to attend TOC Europe once you arrive, however, pre-registering in advance is highly recommended to make sure your entrance to the event is as easy and secure as possible.
You might have to wait in queue and your access to the exhibition and content sessions will be delayed if you are not registered on our systems and do not have a badge at your arrival.
Please download your registration voucher that you received in your confirmation email and remember to bring this with you to the registration area to get your badge printed on site.
Travel and facilities
The venue is easily accessible by public transport, car, and train. From the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations Sternschanze or Messehallen, it’s just a short walk to Hamburg Messe.
